Become A Member

In June 2009, the Foundation awarded over $50,000  in scholarships to graduating WHS seniors. The funds for these scholarships came from money raised throughout the year from membership donations, SCRIP sales, business donations, memorial donations and other seasonal fundraising events.

Help the Scholarship Foundation continue its mission by becoming a member in one of the four membership categories:

• Sustaining Member          $100 or more
• Patron Member                $ 50 to $99
• Sponsor Member              $ 25 to $49
• Family                             $ 10 to $24

Anybody can make a donation! Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors! Members can be students, parents, grandparents, friends or relatives.

WHS Scholarship Foundation membership envelopes are included in the summer mailing packet.  Complete the information on the gold-colored Scholarship Foundation membership envelope, and return it along with a check made payable to WHSSF to either the WHS Attendance Office, or the Scholarship Foundation table at the August registration.  If these turn-in dates are not convenient, donations are gladly accepted throughout the year.
